Day to day in this digital world, those who work in the creative industries find it, ironically, harder and harder to stay creative. As I begin to wrap up my first college degree, an Associate degree in Graphic Design, and am working on my portfolio to present to my professor, I found this video to be very helpful. Today my inspiration comes from a chair. According to many chair manufacturers, The average person spends nine years of their life sitting at work. A chair can either keep you comfortable or it will make your 9-5 work day a living hell.... So today I aspire you to thank you chair or get a new one... it's what keeps your grounded at your desk on a day-to-day basis. The VW Bus to me has always represented an escape. Ever since I first noticed my love for this vehicle I began to live out my "escapes". Today as I seek to escape, I think of this VW bus. 
The ampersand logogram to me symbolizes the coming together of more than one person, object, idea or thought. This is why I created it using screens of CMYK.  This week in my Practical Ad. Portfolio Class, I was to redesign a current logo for CARE - Council of Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Educators. Tell me what you think!
